What happens if an employee triggers SOS? +
The security team receives an instant email alert with the employee's exact GPS location, and the live dashboard shows the active SOS alert. The team can communicate directly with the employee through the app and resolve the alert when the situation is under control.
Does it work without an internet connection? +
The app requires an internet connection to send SOS alerts and check-ins. We recommend employees use local SIM cards or international data plans when travelling.
Is SafeTrace GDPR compliant? +
Yes. SafeTrace is fully GDPR compliant. Location data is only collected when employees actively check in or trigger an SOS. All data is stored on EU servers and you can delete employee data at any time.
Can employees see each other's locations? +
No. Only company administrators with dashboard access can see employee locations. Employees can only see their own status and receive broadcasts from the security team.
Can I cancel at any time? +
